Where can I find product information (sizing, material, etc.) for the different styles of apparel?

We sell a wide variety of apparel for every little one. Please make sure you review the sizing information on our site for the products you are ordering so that we can deliver the right product to you.

What are the care and handling instructions for my new garments?

We are sure you are going to be very happy with your new garment. Now that you have your custom print, we wanted to let you know the best way to prolong the life of your new garment.

Items of note:

With some of our printing processes the garment must be sprayed with a natural, safe, non-toxic solution to ensure color vibrancy and durability of the printed design. Not to worry! it is harmless and will vanish after the first wash.   We do suggest that the garment be washed prior to wearing the first time. This will ensure that the solution is washed out.

We suggest the following care instructions:

Machine wash cold water, inside-out, gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. NO fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do NOT iron the decoration. Do not dry clean.

Why doesn't my shirt look exactly like the image on the site?

We use a variety of production methods to create your garment. Image placement and color matching are variable processes and can be highly subjective. The garment you receive will be very close to the images displayed on this site but it is impossible for them to be exactly the same. Placement will vary depending on the size of the garment and other factors. If you see a color difference it is generally due to the fact that everyone's monitor displays color slightly differently. If you really think we missed the mark please let us know.

How can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours for a full refund. After 12 hours, please use the contact page to send a message to our team for options.

What are my payment options?

All payments are processed through Shopify payments or PayPal. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What is your return policy?

Since the product was printed specially for you, it can only be returned or refunded if the product is defective or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. In the rare case this does happen, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at our Contact Page to initiate your refund or exchange. In order to replace your item, we must receive and verify the defective product. Once you contact us, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Once verified we will print a new product for you and send it to you. To be eligible for any type of return, your item must be new and in the same condition that you received it. We strive to make all of our customers feel comfortable and happy, so if you have any questions about our policies, please let us know!

Can I order or ship outside the USA?

You definitely can! We ship to most parts of the world. You can find our shipping rates by using the Estimate Shipping Tool in the cart.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are created on demand as they are ordered by you. Each product is specially made for you in 3-5 days. Standard shipping normally brings it to your doorstep within a week from the time of order. Unfortunately we cannot control the shipping process so please understand that once we have shipped your product it's delivery is in the hands of the shipping company. Tracking information will be provided via email once the product has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. When the package is scanned you will be able to see the tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package. If you still do not see tracking information please email us through our Contact Us page.

Are these available for purchase in stores?

These products are only available online, specially made for you and your little Zoonicorn!
